I had a Stress fracture in my back, I went to see 2 different physios who gave me generic rehab. I got back to bowling and my pain came back. I went to see Vishal who gave me a cricket specific rehab plan and a return to cricket plan.

- Joe Granger

I broke my leg and was in a cast for 6 weeks. The Orthopeadic doctors and NHS physios only saw me for 20m and said it would take me 8 weeks to walk. Vishal helped me to get moving and enables me to walk in 4 weeks on my own.

- Ayesha Ahmed

I hurt my shoulder whilst throwing and it hurt every time I threw a ball. It took me ages to try and get was not able to throw at 100%. I found I was just doing basic rehab with my general physio. I went to see Vishal who gave me cricket specific exercise, sport specific shoulder stability exercises and got me back throwing to match intensity.
